Job Description:

• Perform medical check for junior non-Allianz staff/ Executive check-up for senior staff as required and if needed, coordinate with the concerned department.
• Administer treatment and medication as prescribed including vaccination among the staff when authorized to do so.
• Assist and perform routine laboratory and diagnostic procedure including drug screening as per protocol, accomplish related documentation and notify concern department as required.
• The collaboration of multidisciplinary health team in the client's treatment plan and coordinates with the concerned department as follows:

1. Felicitates referrals of clients to other health institution as required.
2. Monitor report and assist in screening communicable diseases exposure. Supervision of staff who are undergoing Direct Observation Therapy(DOTS)/ Malarial prophylaxis.
3. Conduct hospital/home visit and making follow up calls on a scheduled basis as required.
4. Give proper health teaching/counselling to the patient in the prevention of illness, promotion and maintenance of health.
5. Triaging patients as to the level of care needed and carrying out the treatment as per doctors order.

• Responds promptly to emergency situations and implements appropriate care accordingly.
• Documentation of clinical data as follows:

1. The regulatory process for flight deck and cabin crew including initial and renewal of their licence. Maintain accurate records, preparation and updating files and database records.

• Perform quality control checks on aircraft first aid kits.

Eligibility:

1. Bachelor degree in Nursing
2. 4 years experience and  3 years of post registration experience.
3. Registration from home country
4. Must be eligible for certification in Intermediate life support program
5. Proficiency in both spoken and written English; able to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
