Pay Scale:

1. Chief Nursing Officer:  PB-3, Rs-15,600-39,100/- +Grade pay Rs 7600/-. Now revised under        7th CPC as pay matrix level 12 . Rs-78,800- 2,09,200/- at the minimum of the pay level of Rs      78,800/-

2. Public Health Nursing Officer: PB-2, Rs. 9300-34,800 + Grade pay Rs. 4800/-. Now revised under 7th CPC as pay matrix level 8. Rs. 47,600-1,51,100/- at the minimum of the pay level of Rs. 47,600/-

3. Phlebotomist: PB-2, Rs. 9300-34,800/- +Grade pay 4200/- Now revised under 7th CPC as pay matrix level 6. Rs. 35,400-1,12,400/- at the minimum of the pay level of Rs. 35,400/-

AGE LIMIT:

• For Chief Nursing officer- Up to 45 years
• Public Health Nursing Officer & Phlebotomist - Up to 30 years

Age relaxation(upper limit) will be given to the following categories :

• SC/ST maximum 5 years
• OBC maximum 3 years

Eligibility

1. Chief Nursing Officer: 

• M.Sc.Nursing from a recognized institution
• Registered 'A' grade nurse and midwife
• Not less than 15 years experience as Asst. nursing Superintendent or 10 years of service as Deputy nursing superintendent or 5 years of service as Nursing superintendent in a large institution of reputes or in the similar capacity in Nursing Administration.

     2. Public Health Nursing Officer:

• B.Sc.Nursing with 2 years of experience as an S/Nurse in a teaching hospital.
• Training or experience in family welfare programs 
• Work experience or teaching in the rural area.

     3. Phlebotomist: 

• B.Sc.(Medical lab technology) from recognized institution

OR

• B.Sc.+Diploma in medical lab technology from the recognized institution
• Prior experience as a Phlebotomist for minimum 1 year.
