Job Description:

  • Assist the staff nurse in planning, implementing, and evaluation the delivered nursing care to the patients that are evidence-based.
  • Prepare patients for procedures ,treatment and surgeries.
  • Assists with tests and evaluation and monitoring and documentation of vital signs and patients condition.
  • Utilizes medical and healthcare equipment and ensure that stock of supplies is maintained.
  • Maintains the on going communication with the staff nurse regarding the health and functional status of the patient.
  • Provide support and comfort ,assisting with the activity of daily living to achieve an optimum level of independence and providing emotional needs of the patient.
  • Undertakes additional tasks as assigned.


Qualification:  

  Diploma in Nursing
